Shropshire Falconry

Based in rural Shropshire and set in seven acres of farmland, Shropshire Falconry boasts its own flying areas with indoor as well as outdoor facilities, so inclement weather does not interrupt your experience. Get up close and personal with some of the centre’s beautiful native and non-native owls. The centre is not open to the public, making your session a more relaxed and personal experience.

Meet The Owls

You’ll begin with a brief training session on how to hold and handle the birds, before meeting and flying a variety of owls including the Barn Owl, Little Owl, Chaco Owl, European Eagle Owl and Tawny Owl.

Expert staff

During your visit the fully trained and experienced staff will also explain to you all about these magnificent birds, answering any questions that you may have. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to take pictures, so don’t forget to pack your camera!
