- New Climbers Valid: Friday at 5:30pm to 6:30pm induction for new climbers. Customers can then climb after until 10:00pm.
- Experienced Climbers Valid: Mon - Fri, 8am - 10pm, Sat - Sun, 9am - 6pm, Bank Holidays 8am - 8pm.

The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 30th Nov 2024.
- One voucher per person, or per group.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Please wear gym-type clothes and trainers.
- Only pay if climbing, no charge for spectators.
- Must be be an Adult (18+).
- The safety briefing/induction is with a group so please make sure you are on time. We will not allow extra climbing time if you are late.
- The cancellation policy requires 48 hours' notice before the event date to cancel and rebook. Please send the merchant a message to cancel. As soon as their office is open, someone will be in touch. Their office is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, including bank holidays.
- Parking: we have a car park at the rear of the building which can be accessed via Extract Coffee Roasters. Please do not park on the road once you pass our entrance.
- Shoes not included for experienced option (shoe hire available at the centre = £4.50).
