The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 21st Sep 2024 and must be redeemed by 14th Sep 2025.
- Opens from 9.30am from Friday 4th April when we re-open for the 2025 season.
- Last admission 3.30pm.
- One voucher per booking.
- 24hr cancellation policy.
- Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
- No walk ins. Online bookings only.
- Suitable for all ages, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- Loch Lomond trail is not recommended for buggies or push-chairs due to steps and steep slopes. Trail is not accessible with wide or double buggies due to a narrow footbridge.
- Unfortunately our trail is not wheelchair accessible at this time due to naturally uneven pathways and narrow river crossings.
- Well behaved dogs are more than welcome on the trail though dogs are not permitted inside Faerie Tale Farm.
