The Fine Print

  • When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 31st December 2025.
  • One voucher per person or per pair.
  • Robes, slippers, towels and flip flops included.
  • Festive afternoon tea served untill 24th Nov- if unable to use by then, the voucher can be used for traditional afternoon tea until 31st Dec 2025.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 100% per treatment is required when bookings are made and applies to all spa experiences and treatments.
  • If you need to cancel, your deposit can be transferred to another appointment, provided you give more than 48 hours’ notice.
  • If you fail to attend your treatment or cancel on the day, the full treatment or experience price will be charged.
  • Subject to availability.
  • *Admin fee based on checkout basket value applies
