- Appointments at Dr Noor Aesthetics are based on availability. The merchant reserves the right to modify booking availability and service offerings.
- Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments. Please bring a valid ID (passport or driving license) to verify your age and address upon arrival when you take your medical questionnaire.
- Pets are not allowed in the clinic for hygiene reasons. If you need a support animal, please inform our team in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
- We cannot accommodate unattended children in the treatment rooms or reception area. Thestaff are not trained or insured to supervise children, so please do not bring them to your appointment.
- Use of the website is governed by the privacy policy, and users agree to the practices outlined within it by accessing or using the site.
- Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel their appointments. Deposits are transferable to the next appointment if cancellations are made within this notice period. However, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
