- Must be aged 16 years or over for; Birmingham Sutton Coldfield, Machester Eccles, Middlesex Northolt, Milton Keynes Great Brickhill, Perth Glenfarg, Uttoxeter and Surrey Salfords.
- Must be 12 years or over for; Dorset Blanford.
