- Valid: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with sessions at 09:00 and 15:00. Advanced booking (at least four weeks ahead) is recommended due to high demand, and group sizes are limited to three participants per session.

The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings on selected until 31st May 2025.
- Your voucher is valid for one child and one adult.
- Available Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, year round.
- Snorkeling sessions take place at 9.30am or 3.30pm but guests have access to the aquarium all day.
- At the discretion of the Dive Team, more spaces may be made available to meet demand.
- Children must be between 6–11 years old.
- No previous experience is required, although confidence in the water is essential.
- This experience is expected to last one hour, with at least 20 minutes spent in the Lost Lagoon.
- There is a digital lesson which will be carried out via an online e-learning link and needs to be completed prior.
- to arrival – details for this and other elements of the experience will be included in the confirmation e-mail.
- All equipment is provided – participants must bring their own swimwear, towels and shower products.
- Please note, you are required to fill out a medical declaration to confirm your fitness for the experience and sign a digital registration form.
- Additional spectators are charged at a supplementary fee.
- All participants will be videoed during the experience and will have the option to purchase a video link of the experience.
