Kitten Yoga:

Welcome to the unique yoga studio, where mindfulness and movement seamlessly blend with the playful energy of kittens. Immerse yourself in the joy of yoga and the therapeutic presence of kittens, and enjoy every moment.

Kittens are naturally curious and open as they explore their surroundings. The first 12 weeks of their lives are crucial for learning about trust and safety, making it an important time for socialisation. Susan Logan McCracken states, "To become socialised and friendly toward people, this is the time for loving human hands to hold them, pet them, feed them, and once they start playing, have fun with them." These early interactions help shape them into affectionate, well-trained, and friendly adult cats.

Open to everyone from beginners to experienced yogis, our classes offer the unique joy and tranquillity of practicing yoga with kittens. You'll leave feeling refreshed, energised, and uplifted by the playful and loving presence of these adorable animals.
