- Validity: Tours run for 1-hour and 45-minutes. Start times are as follows: Tue-Thu and Sat, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Fri: 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm. Sun: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm.

- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 12th Oct 2024.
- One voucher per person.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Customers must be aged 18 years or older.
- Open style footwear and shoes with excessive heels must not be worn on site. Long, flowing clothing should also be avoided.
- Please note the tour route includes several flights of stairs and there are no places to sit down, so those with mobility issues may find the tour challenging.
- No animals are permitted on the tour.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour starts to sign in. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join the tour group
- Currently, tours do not run on Mondays or public holidays.
- Each tour lasts 1-hour and 45-minutes and includes a tasting session.
- *Tasting session lasts for 30-minutes of your total tour time.
- Drunken and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Bookings can be changed up to 48 hours before your tour is due to take place. To change your booking please login to your booking via the link on your ticket.
- To cancel your booking please contact the merchant. If you wish to cancel your booking and receive a refund, the merchant requires a minimum of 7 days notice.
