- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 4th Feb 2025
- One voucher per person.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Over 18 only
- Open style footwear and shoes with excessive heels must not be worn on site.
- Long, flowing clothing should also be avoided.
- Please note the tour route includes several flights of stairs and there are no places to sit down, so those with mobility issues may find the tour challenging.
- No animals are permitted on the tour.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour starts to sign in. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join the tour group.
- We do not currently run tours on Mondays or public holidays
- Each tour lasts roughly 2 hours and includes a full tasting
- Drunken and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated
- If you would like to change your preferred tour date once you have purchased a ticket for Wednesday or Thursday - a surcharge of £2 would apply payable directly to the merchant.
- Bookings can be changed up to 48 hours before your tour is due to take please.
- To change your booking please login to your booking via the link on your ticket.
- To cancel your booking please contact merchant.
- If you wish to cancel your booking and receive a refund we require a minimum of 7 days notice.
