    • Booking must be made at least three days in advance.
    • Late or missed appointments cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
    • Participants must send their rug design at least 48 hours before the workshop.
    • The workshop duration is three hours. If additional time is needed, there is a flat fee of £20 per hour.
    • Consumption of alcohol is not allowed during the initial portion of the workshop while machinery is in use.
    • Voucher cannot be cancelled, amended, exchanged, or used in conjunction with any other offer.
    • Valid for rug tufting workshops in 20cm x 20cm or 30cm x 30cm sizes only.
    • Subject to availability.
    • Vouchers are valid for redemption until 28th February 2025
    • Additional admin fee applies
