The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 30th October, 2025.
- One per person.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Expires 180 days after purchase.
- Present printed voucher on arrival.
- 72-hour cancellation policy.
- Customers must book an appointment within the first 28 days of purchase and must redeem within the expiration date.
- Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the voucher.
- You are only permitted to use one voucher for yourself, whether it is purchased by you or by somebody else. You may purchase an additional voucher as a gift for someone else.
- Valid only for the option purchased.
- Clinic's new customers only. Booking (subject to availability) is required, please call or email. If the phone line is busy, please leave a voicemail with your details, stating a good time to call you back.
- Must be 18 or older. Excludes bank holidays, and previous Happy Health Clinics patients. Booking occurs in two phases.
- Firstly, you will be required to send a picture of the verrucas/warts by email and also include a contact number for the clinic to call you back. This will verify the customer's suitability for treatment. The clinic will then call you back and explain the condition and the treatments, please allow at least 10 minutes for this call.
- Follow-up treatments will be required at two-week intervals.
- If unsuitable for treatment, a full refund will be provided.
- Any topical treatments (e.g. salicylic acid) existing on the verruca, must be removed before sending the picture. Therapist-client confidentiality privileges apply excluding intent to harm.
- Subject to availability.
- Vouchers are valid for redemption for six months from purchase date.
