My great experience started with a professional but friendly phone call with Dr Fikhelepi Jackson. She listened patiently and was helpful in resolving any queries I had. She also emailed me all details soon after the call and followed up on how our dining experience went. Thank you for such a brilliant service.
On the day, was served by Adam who is brilliant and wanted to ensure a no fuss experience for us. Sian is witty and professional. Nothing was too much for her.
Staff at The Clermont, Charing Cross present as if they were handpicked for the job. Keep it up guys and thank you for a brilliant dining experience. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time at The Clermont, food was wonderful and Prosecco divine. Staff were lovely and attentive.
