- Flights must be booked and flown before the mentioned date.

- Arrive at least 45 minutes before your booked flight time.
- iFLY runs a manifest system (similar to airlines), so punctuality is essential.
- Ages 3+ (under 18s require signed parental permission).
- Max weight: 18 stone 7 lbs (117kg) (contact iFLY directly if above).
- Not suitable if pregnant, under the influence, wearing a hard cast, or with a history of shoulder dislocation.
- No refunds.
- Printed vouchers required (no electronic vouchers).
- Completion of a "Statement of Risk" and an online safety briefing required.
- Rescheduling fees: £10 per voucher if more than 48 hours' notice and £20 per voucher if less than 48 hours' notice.
