- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule - late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the treatment value.
- No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full treatment fee and the voucher will be deemed redeemed.
- Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, circulatory issues or skin sensitivities prior to treatment commencing.
- Hot and cold stone therapies may not be suitable for guests with certain circulatory or skin conditions. Please consult your GP if unsure.
