- Must be 18+ to book and use spa facilities.
- Must be 15+ to use the gym, sauna and steam room.
- Guests under 15 may only receive treatments if a parent or guardian is present.
- Treatment times are subject to availability and must be pre-booked.
- The voucher must be used within its validity period.
- Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to Elevate Spa’s booking policy.
