The Fine Print
- Delivery costs from £28.99 per voucher (UK delivery).
- Please allow up to seven working days for standard delivery after redeeming.

- Customers will be contacted within 12 hours of the order being received.
- They will be contacted with an estimated delivery date between 1-3 working days.
- Every customer will be contacted 24 hours before delivery to notify the intention to deliver and will be issued with a 3-hour time slot the eve before the delivery.
- Customers will also be contacted by the delivery driver 30 mins prior to delivery.
- In the event of an outsourced delivery, tracking details will also be issued as well as a call to the customer that the item has been dispatched and they should follow the tracking to establish a time slot on the XDP tracking app.
