The Fine Print
- Delivery costs from £28.99 per voucher (UK delivery).
- Please allow up to 10 working days for standard delivery after redeeming.
- May buy multiples.
- The customer will receive their item via our internal courier team. This is a two man delivery service with our own company van.
- The customer is called from our head office to confirm the date of delivery usually a week before hand. The drivers will then contact the customer 1 hour prior to their delivery on the day. Our delivery times are between 7am and 10pm.
- Once an order has been confirmed a courtesy call will be made to the customer to confirm all of their details. This is either same and or next working day (excluding Sunday). The customer will then be contacted at least a week before delivery unless available slots are free for the same week as ordering.
- For our internal team the delivery timeslot is between 7am and 10pm. They will receive a call 1 hour before they are due to arrive to the property. If a customer requests a certain time frame we try work around this best as possible but cannot be guaranteed. If the customer requests more than 1 hours notice, we again do try to do this for our customers.
- We do use signed delivery notes for our customers, one for the customer to keep and one for our internal records. We shall have a new signed invoice created with the below details for all of our customers.
- Prior to making a purchase, ensure a smooth delivery process by measuring door frames, staircases, and banisters. Confirm compatibility with a lift to avoid issues and additional charges for storage and collection. Responsibility for checking all measurements lies with the buyer.

- Cash or bank transfer on delivery.
- For deliveries to higher floors, additional charges of up to £20-£50 may apply. 7th floor and above - £70.
