The hotel staff are very polite. The hotel rooms are dated but OK. The main problem I had is I am a wheelchair user and it was hard getting around the hotel. The disabled access is from the back and requires the use of a lift. You have to wait for a staff member to operate the lift. I could not fit my wheelchair into the room, so it was blocking our door. The hotel lift only just fitted my wheelchair, we were on the second floor, so dont know what would have happened in the event of a fire. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice and restocked when needed. I felt a bit let down as a disabled user, and we were just put into a budget room as it was an offer. The room had enough tea and coffee for one cup a day. The bathroom was dated and needed tap replacements etc.
