- Voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of purchase to secure the purchased price.
- If not redeemed within 48 hours, voucher auto-redeems and customer should contact the travel agent to book. This does not affect the customer’s 14-day change of mind refund unless the holiday is booked.
- All holidays are subject to availability and pricing is not guaranteed if the voucher has auto-redeemed.
- Upon redemption, the holiday provider will email to confirm booking details; customers must respond within 24 hours to secure booking.
- Valid for selected flights only on dates chosen; supplementary charges may apply for alternative flights.
- London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City, Southend) are grouped; by booking a London package, customers agree flights may depart from any of these airports. A fee may apply to change to a specific airport.
- If purchasing as a gift, the holiday provider will offer travel dates within the purchase price at time of booking
- Hotels are subject to availability.
- Hand luggage included; check with the holiday provider for weight/size limits.
- Minimum time in destination: 40 hours for any 2-night break from London or Manchester; 36 hours from any other airport
- Minimum 60 hours for any 3-night break.
- Holiday provider not responsible if minimum time is affected by flight delays/cancellations
- Customers will receive a booking agreement and have 30 minutes to complete it.
