The Crown: Wonderful Hotel I stayed here with my partner for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The hotel has great decor and was very clean. The room was nice and spacious and had a lovely clean bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and did what they could to make our stay better. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt Place Krakow: We stayed in the Hyatt Place last week for 4 days I honestly can't fault this hotel, location to transport links via the tram was great for traveling into the city only 10min. The hotel itself was spotless clean. The staff in the hotel were excellent very helpful and friendly assisted with any enquiries we had they were very professional from front desk to bar and waiters I could not fault them, the food in the hotel was good as well. I look forward to my next stay at the hotel, thank you for making our stay a memorable one John & Jill

The Crown: Perfect stay in a fantastic hotel - Highly recommend A fantastic hotel understated from the outside and lovely inside. Staff are a real credit to the hotel and are friendly and helpful. The hotel oozes class and they go out of way to make you feel welcome. A 15 minute walk into the old town and a lovely park just around the corner. Tram runs right outside so very good links around the city. Was slightly concerned it may be bit far out but its superbly located and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

Hyatt Place Krakow: Excellent choice The Hyatt Place Krakow was an awesome choice to stay while exploring the beautiful City of Krakow. Near public transit, stadium, and many biking and walking paths. It seems brand new even though it has been open a year and a half. Great service from front desk and excellent fitness center.
