Destination Tiers: Allocation is random across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 packages, with limited availability in higher tiers.
Availability Changes: If a destination becomes unavailable after redemption, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
Departure Airports: Flights may depart from any airport within your selected region. A £40pp supplement applies for non-London airports.
Flights: Selected flights only. European flights are direct; some long-haul flights may include stopovers. Upgrades may incur additional costs. Basic hand luggage included (subject to airline restrictions).
Time in Destination: Minimum 40 hours (2 nights from London/Manchester), 36 hours (other UK airports), or 60 hours (3-night stays).
Christmas Markets: Market dates and availability are subject to change. If markets are cancelled, the holiday will proceed as a seasonal city break.
Redemption & Refunds: Once your destination is revealed and booking confirmed, the holiday is non-refundable.
Exclusions: Transfers, meals, travel insurance, checked baggage, and additional extras are not included.
Visas & Travel Regulations: You are responsible for passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and compliance with travel regulations. Refunds apply only if FCDO restrictions prohibit travel.

Terms & Conditions: By purchasing a Mystery Holiday voucher, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by both the Holiday Promoter and Holiday Provider. See – T&Cs.
Booking for Two: Mystery Holiday packages are based on double occupancy (two adults sharing). Therefore, two vouchers must be purchased to qualify for the advertised rates.
What's Included: Each Mystery Holiday includes a minimum two-night stay, return flights, and accommodation rated 3 stars or higher.
Regional Airport Supplement: Departures from non-London regional airports will incur a supplement of £40 per person.
Flight Conditions: Flights are available on selected services only. Customers may request changes to flight details, subject to availability and applicable additional charges.
Destination Allocation: Each customer is randomly assigned a destination tier and will receive a travel location within that tier, based on their selected travel dates.
Destination Disclosure: The destination will remain undisclosed at the time of purchase. Once revealed and the voucher is redeemed, the booking becomes non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued if a customer is unhappy with the allocated destination.
Redemption Process: Upon voucher redemption, the Holiday Provider will contact the customer via email to confirm booking details. Customers must respond within 24 hours to secure their allocated destination.
Christmas Market Disclaimer: Christmas Market dates may change or be cancelled due to local restrictions. If cancelled, the trip will continue as a standard holiday without market events.
Travel Advisory Changes: Should travel to the allocated destination become restricted due to updated Foreign Office advice, an alternative destination within the same tier will be offered.
Vouchers are valid for redemption for 28 days from purchase date.
