The facility is very nice and the setting is lovely. Beds are a bit firm. Service is good. Food is also good. Lots of options for breakfast. Bus stops are close and tour pickups are available.

What can I say apart from wow we attended a family weekend wedding here and spent 2 amazing nights in this incredible hotel.

Cragwood was our first stop on a two week road trip, and we stayed three nights. It proved to be a great choice. Really well located with garden views across Windermere, the hotel was comfortable, friendly and a great spot to tour from. Our room was well-appointed though perhaps not as stylish as the beautiful hotel exterior might suggest.
