Exceptional! One night break with dinner, breakfast and use of spa facilities at Crewe Hall.
We stayed in the new part of the hotel and just wow on every level. Our room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was excellent The food was amazing, the staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The old part of the hotel was breathtaking, so much to take in. The spa was just perfect. Really recommend this experience and also gave amazing value for money. We will visit again.

This was lovely break for the two of us. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and despite being completely full and numerous events, was very quiet. We were late for our treatment, so the staff were happy to rebook us for the following day, and we're well worth having. The pool area was very nice with the extras. And the food was excellent. All the staff were friendly and very helpful amd polite.

STAY IN OLD SPLENDOUR: Stayed in a feature room. Very Spacious, bright and with feature furniture. Luxurious bathroom with freestanding bath and traditional decor.

Excellent: I recently went to Crewe Hall on an overnight stay to propose to my partner, I wanted it to be a memorable moment with an air of grandeur. Crewe Hall didn’t disappoint, it was everything and more staff were polite and facility’s were exceptional.

Awful unclean rooms. We had a room upgrade to a four poster bed but had to change to a down grade kingsize room which was just as bad. Cracked floor tiles, dirty walls, broken windows which were cellotaped up, the room smelt like animals, and finally the room was noisy where every 15 mins we heard loud banging. We had to again move room at 1am. Not happy, so will not be staying here again. Myself and my friend are so upset this spa stay was ruined. The spa facial was lovely, on the whole paying in total for food and the upgrade, £350 for 2 people was way too expensive for the state of the room.
