Great location. 10 minute walk to the beach/pier. 5 minute walk to the gardens and BH2 (cinema & restaurants). 10 minute walk to the town centre shops.

The staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly, and dealt with enquiries quickly. Our room was comfortable and fans were provided.
