Wowcher Click and Collect Terms and Conditions
Click and Collect orders will need to be picked up from one of our collection points:
Wowcher,
Pentagon House,
Sir Frank Whittle Road,
DE21 4XA
Collections are available in Derby between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and between 9am and 4pm on Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Click and Collect orders MUST be collected and will not be sent back or refunded if left uncollected. Orders will be disposed of if left uncollected after a month.
Refunds for click and collect orders must be taken up with the Merchant and will not be handled by Wowcher.
